UV Angel Clean Air Active™

UV Angel Clean Air Active™ is an active, upper in-room Germicidal Ultraviolet (GUV) air treatment system designed for use in occupied spaces and operates independently of HVAC equipment. The ceiling-mounted 2’ × 2’ unit installs into standard ceiling types and supports continuous (24/7/365) or scheduled operation, with multiple operating modes available for air treatment and energy optimization.

The device uses a sealed internal chamber to continuously treat air and reduce bacteria, viruses, and fungi (mold)*** in the air and on settled surfaces without exposing occupants to UV-C light. An intelligent, built-in sensor array provides high-resolution, real-time monitoring of Indoor Environmental Quality (IEQ) conditions at the room and building levels where the device is installed and connected. UV Angel Clean Air Active™ collects actionable environmental data to support targeted interventions and facility-wide performance evaluation.

The system integrates seamlessly with common Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Building Management Systems (BMS), including BACnet-compatible platforms, as well as API-based systems via UV Angel Cloud™. This connectivity enables real-time analytics, centralized monitoring, and enhanced building health management and space optimization strategies.
